What We Do

Koenig & Associates, Inc. was incorporated in 1987 by Kim F. Koenig (retired 2016), with a specialty in real estate appraising and consulting. Over our operational history we have provided our clients with a wide range of appraisal services. The majority of our work is providing market driven and factually documented real estate appraisal reports covering various types of real estate. These reports are utilized for financing, mortgage underwriting decisions, estate planning, probate matters, buy/sell decisions & portfolio valuations. We value a wide variety of property types including industrial, commercial, retail, office, apartments, development land, agricultural, subdivisions, condominium developments and special uses. We assist Section 8, USDA-RD & tax credit multi-family developments in rent comparability studies (RCS), restructuring decisions, and prospective re-development decisions.
